Require respect for rights go in a jail!

Residents of Novruzlu village of Saatli region, Azerbaijan, a member of the Civilian staff of “Kur” Mirabad Rzayev and his son Mirsaleh Rzayev arrested under Art. 315.1 of the Criminal Code (resistance to representative of authorities) for the fact that at a meeting with the Region Chief Executive Siragaddin Jabbarov they expressed their dissatisfaction with misappropriation of funds allocated for flood victims.

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Rzayev’s pounced on Jabbarov and tore his jacket.
