Ministry of Internal Affairs: 79 criminal suspects were detained in Azerbaijan over the past 24 hours

Employees of the internal affairs bodies of Azerbaijan ensured the detection of 79 crimes registered in the country during the period from April 6 to 7, as well as 6 unsolved crimes related to previous periods, Trend reports with reference to information disseminated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that a total of 62 people who were wanted were detained (including 54 people as debtors). 53 facts related to drugs and 11 facts related to the discovery and seizure of illegally stored ammunition were revealed. 79 people were detained on suspicion of committing crimes,” the department said in a statement.
