Providing video footage to the media in an administrative offense case is subject to a fine of up to 1,500 manats

Persons who provide a media entity with photographs, videos or sound recordings made during proceedings regarding an administrative offense will be fined. As APA reports, this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences, which was submitted for discussion at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis.

The bill was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
