The court made a decision against the director of the company who committed major fraud

The Supreme Court has completed its consideration of the cassation appeal against the decision against K. Salakhov, accused of fraud, oxu.az reports. At the trial, chaired by Judge Ilkin Rajabov, a decision was announced according to which the complaint was not satisfied.

According to the indictment, the director of one of the companies, K. Salakhov, used his official position to take possession of other people’s property and, abusing his trust, promised 10 citizens to build houses and hand them over in a fully renovated condition. The accused thus embezzled more than 206,000 manats from the victims.
