The prosecutor demanded punishment for the accused in the Tartar case

Today, a court hearing on the criminal case of Ruslan Mikailov, Sanan Mashiev, Jabir Gahramanov and Elchin Aliyev, accused in the “Terter case,” was held at the Sumgayit Judicial Complex. As APA reports, at the trial chaired by judge of the Baku Military Court Zeynal Agayev, the completion of the judicial investigation was announced.

In his speech, the prosecutor requested 9 years and 10 months for Ruslan Mikailov and Sanan Mashiev, 8 years and 5 months for Jabir Gahramanov, and 7 years and 8 months in prison for Elchin Aliyev.

One of the victims protested against the prosecutor’s speech.

The process will continue on May 14, 2024.
