An official of the Garadagh district executive authority of Baku was brought to criminal responsibility for bribery

An employee of the representative office of the head of the Executive Power of the Garadag district of Baku in the Lokbatan territorial district, Bakhtiyar Hasanov, was brought to criminal responsibility for bribery, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office. He was caught at the scene of a crime while receiving a bribe from a citizen.

A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. He was charged under Art. 311.3.2 (repeated receipt of a bribe) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, the court decided to select a preventive measure in the form of house arrest.
