Ministry of Internal Affairs: 50 people suspected of committing a crime were detained

On May 24, 2024, police officers solved 49 crimes registered on the territory of Azerbaijan, 9 of which were related to previous periods, Trend reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan. In total, during the searches, 68 people who were wanted were detained (including 43 people as debtors). 32 facts related to drugs were revealed, and 9 facts related to the seizure and discovery of illegally stored weapons and ammunition. 50 people were detained on suspicion of committing a crime.
