Police detained 21 drug dealers

As a result of the activities carried out by employees of the Narimanovsky District Police Department since the beginning of May, 21 persons involved in illegal drug trafficking were detained, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A total of about 10 kg of various drugs were seized from the detainees. Some of these individuals, in particular Vugar Dadashli, Tehran Ismayilov and Akhmed Aslanov, organized the sale of illegal products in the capital. Based on these facts, criminal cases have been initiated. Along with this, a Kalashnikov assault rifle, a magazine and 7 rounds of ammunition were found and confiscated from one of the detainees, the previously convicted Elbrus Gumbatov.

In the course of further activities, 15 people who were wanted were detained, 5 people were arrested on suspicion of committing robberies. In addition, law enforcement officials identified two individuals involved in the sale of products considered to be bladed weapons. 62 relevant items were confiscated from them. Measures were taken against these citizens in accordance with the law.
