Fraud on classifieds sites: police detained a suspect

The police received many complaints in connection with the publication on advertisement websites of fake information about the sale of mopeds, Playstation and mobile phones on credit, as well as the fraudulent misappropriation of citizens’ funds, oxu.az reports with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Thus, as a result of activities carried out by employees of the 41st department of the Sabail district police department, Rashad Adyshov (born 2001), suspected of committing these criminal acts, was detained.

During the investigation, it was established that he daily posted fake advertisements on relevant websites. The investigation into these facts continues.
