An operation was carried out in the administrative building of the Executive Power of the Dashkesan region, oxu.az reports with reference to Qafqazinfo. As a result of the activities carried out by law enforcement agencies, the head of the architecture and construction department, Elman Mamedov, and an employee of the general department, Yagub Bayramov, were detained.

It is alleged that these individuals are suspected of corruption.
