The Supreme Court considered a complaint in the case of fraud for 1.2 million manat

The Supreme Court has considered a cassation appeal against the decision against Seykhun Salakhov, accused of fraud, oxu.az reports. The court did not satisfy the complaint.

Earlier, the Baku Serious Crimes Court sentenced S. Salakhov to 10 years in prison. The Baku Court of Appeal did not satisfy the complaint. According to the indictment, S. Salakhov committed fraud against individual citizens, abusing their trust. He is accused of fraudulently appropriating funds in the amount of 1.2 million manat.
