The trial begins to consider an appeal against the verdict against another group of people accused in the “Terter case” – Ruslan Mikailov, Sanan Mashiyev, Jabir Gahramanov and Elchin Aliyev, APA reports. The first hearing will take place on August 30 at the Baku Court of Appeal, chaired by Judge Gabil Mammadov.

Thus, according to the verdict of the Baku Military Court, according to the verdict of the Baku Military Court, Ruslan Mikailov was sentenced to 6 years 10 months, Sanan Mashiyev – to 4 years 10 months, Jabir Gahramanov – to 6 years 8 months, and Elchin Aliyev – to 5 years 8 months imprisonment.
