Person detained by the State Security Service brought to criminal responsibility under the article “high treason”

Bakhruz Samedov, detained by the State Security Service, was brought to criminal responsibility under Article 274 of the Criminal Code (high treason). As Report informs, this was reported by his lawyer Zibeyda Sadygova.

By the decision of the Sabail District Court, a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of four months was chosen for Samedov.

It is noted that during the trial, the names of Armenian citizens were named to whom, according to the charges, Bakhruz Samedov passed on information and from whom he received assignments.
