Mini-corrupt official

A former member of Cabinet of Ministers of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, Richard Herbert pleaded guilty to charges of embezzlement from a budget of three and half thousand dollars which he used for a purchase and installation of a 40-inch LCD TV in his home.

To all would be such ministers.
