Azerbaijan extradited two individuals who were on the international wanted list to Romania and Luxembourg
Azerbaijan extradited two individuals who were on the international wanted list to Romania and Luxembourg, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office. The petitions of the competent authorities of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to extradite French citizen Cedric Michel (born in 1987), accused of committing economic crimes and put on the international wanted list, and the competent authorities of Romania to extradite Turkish citizen Oguz Atalay (born in 1975), accused of illegally transporting migrants by an organized criminal group and put on the international wanted list, were sent by the supervisory authority to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes for consideration.
It is noted that these individuals were identified in our country and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for them.
