The court upheld the verdict of three defendants – Mushfig Atakishiyev, Dayanat Guliyev and Samir Guliyev, oxu.az reports. The hearing was held in the Baku Court of Appeal under the chairmanship of Judge Farid Eyyubov. The decision of the court of first instance remained in force – each of the defendants was sentenced to 14 years and 6 months in prison.

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the crime was committed on September 16, 2011.
