The judgement was passed on the defendants in the “Terter case”

The trial of the criminal case of a group of people accused in the “Terter case” has ended, APA reports. The judgement was read out at the trial chaired by the judge of the Baku Military Court Zeynal Agayev in the Sumgayit Judicial Complex. By the court’s decision, Akhmedov Ramil Bashir oglu was sentenced to 9 years and 6 months, Agayev Fuad Ramiz oglu – to 13 years, Akhundov Fuad Arazi oglu – to 9 years and 6 months, Agadadashev Javid Zahid oglu – to 4 years, Jumshudov Gurban Gadim oglu – to 4 years in prison.

The prosecutor requested 10 years for Ramil Akhmedov, 15 years for Fuad Agayev, 11 years for Fuad Akhundov, 13 years for Javid Agadadashev, and 13 years for Gurban Jumshudov.

The defendants were charged under Articles 145.3 (illegal deprivation of liberty), 293.2 (torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment not considered torture), 341.2.2 (abuse of power), 341.2.3 and 128 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm) and other articles of the Criminal Code.
