301 violators of Azerbaijan’s border were detained in 2024, Trend reports citing Deputy Chief of the State Border Service (SBS) of Azerbaijan – Commander of the Border Troops Lieutenant General Araz Mammadov during a media tour to the city of Shamkir, who noted that as a result of increasing technical capabilities that meet modern requirements, 301 border violators and 134 violators of the regime were detained at the border outposts of the Border Troops of the GPS in 2024 during the organization of reliable protection of the state borders.
