Police conducted an operation, detained an Iranian drug dealer

The police conducted an operation in Baku, detained an Iranian drug dealer, APA reports with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Officers of the Main Directorate for Combating Drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained Iranian citizen Rahmat Jabrailnejad (born in 1978) in Baku, suspected of drug trafficking. During the search of his house, a large batch of heroin, 450 methadone tablets and electronic scales were found and seized. R. Jabrailnejad reported that he purchased the drugs from a hiding place in the Yasamal district.

It is reported that he was one of the main suppliers of drugs, his name appears in drug-related crimes.

A criminal case has been opened on the fact, the suspect has been arrested.
