Military Prosecutor’s Office: Number of war crimes decreased last year, 98 percent of registered crimes solved

The number of war crimes decreased last year. As reported by APA with reference to the press service of the Military Prosecutor’s Office, this was announced at an extended meeting of the board of the department.

Military Prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev reported that in total 98.8 percent of registered crimes were solved, including 100 percent of other crimes.

Crimes registered during the reporting period decreased by 19.3 percent in total compared to the previous year, non-war crimes by 21.5 percent, and crimes against military service by 17.5 percent
