Military Prosecutor’s Office: All registered war crimes have been solved 100% this year

As a result of effective activities, all crimes registered in the Military Prosecutor’s Office have been solved 100% in January 2025. This was reported to Oxu.Az by the Senior Assistant to the Military Prosecutor of Azerbaijan – Head of the Press Service of the Military Supervisory Authority, Chief Justice Advisor Firad Aliyev.

According to him, due to healthy and businesslike relations between the Military Prosecutor’s Office and the Ministry of Defense, the State Border Service, the Internal Troops and other military structures, as well as joint effective activities, including the preventive measures taken, in January 2025, no cases of failure to comply with an order (Article 328 of the Criminal Code (CC) of the AR), desertion (Article 334 of the CC), violation of the rules for handling weapons and objects posing an increased danger to others (Article 350 of the CC of the AR), violation of the rules for driving and operating vehicles (Article 351 of the CC of the AR), intentional causing of grievous bodily harm (Article 126 of the CC of the AR) and intentional murder (Article 120 of the CC of the AR) were registered in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR).
