Person who committed thefts from 11 electric vehicles detained

Police in Baku detained a man who committed thefts from 11 electric vehicles. As Report informs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs disseminated information about this.

The police received a report about the theft of 1,500 manats from a Volkswagen electric vehicle in the Shuvalan settlement of the Khazar district of Baku. Police officers detained a suspect in the theft, 36-year-old Mahir Mammadov.

During the investigation, it was established that the detainee committed thefts from electric vehicles in other areas of the capital as well. It turned out that in total, he committed thefts from 11 vehicles.

An investigation is underway into the fact.
