9 kg of drugs seized from five detainees

9 kg of drugs were seized from five detainees in Beylagan, Report informs citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a result of measures to combat drug trafficking, police officers detained previously convicted Faig Gasimov, who was found to have 8 kg of marijuana.

In addition, during other operations, 4 more people suspected of drug trafficking were detained – Shirzad Alyshov, Shirkhan Guliyev, Agil Mirzayev and Jeyhun Jafarov. 1 kg of drugs were seized from them.

Criminal cases have been initiated on the facts, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest has been chosen for the detainees.
