Police operation in Nakhchivan: kilograms of drugs seized, 4 people detained

During the next events in Nakhchivan, police officers detained and brought to the investigation 58-year-old Kamaladdin Safarli, 60-year-old Islam Najafov, 35-year-old Turkyana Tairova and 38-year-old Elnur Babayev, Oxu.Az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan. A large amount of heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine, as well as hemp bushes grown by cultivation were found and seized from them.

The detainees planned to organize the sale of drugs throughout the country.

A criminal case has been opened on these facts, the investigation is ongoing.
