The Prosecutor General’s Office has taken up Medera Hospital and 8 other companies

The Department for Ensuring Criminal Prosecution of the Prosecutor General’s Office conducted an investigation based on information received from the State Labor Inspectorate under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population on violations of citizens’ labor rights, minval.az reports with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Thus, during the investigation, it was established that officials of Medera Hospital LLC, Abbasoğlu İnşaat LLC, Yol Tikintiservis LLC, Dream Construction LLC, Lock Service LLC and Apaydın Tatil LLC, as well as individual Teymurov T.F. involved workers in work (provision of services) without the employment contract coming into force.

In addition, gross violations of labor rights were revealed as a result of non-payment of wages and the last settlements by officials with employees of İlkin-E, Kerama Trade LLC, KNN-Construction LTD. Based on the above facts, cases of administrative offences have been initiated under Articles 192 and 192.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences, which have been sent for consideration to the relevant courts and the State Labour Inspectorate.
