Police seized 3 kg of drugs

Suspects of drug trafficking have been detained in the Yasamal district of Baku, Oxu.Az reports citing information released by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Employees of the district police department (DPD) detained J. Huseynali, from whom more than 1 kg of heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine and opium weighing more than 500 g were found and seized.

During another operation conducted by employees of the 27th department of the DPD, G. Abbasov, suspected of drug trafficking in the district, was detained. More than 1 kg of heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine and opium weighing more than 500 g were also found and seized from him.

An investigation is underway on both incidents.
