A dolt from Krasnodar

A governor of Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev declared about establishment of the Kuban Cossack units that will withstand a migration to region the inhabitants from Russian Caucasus, according to Public Information Agency.

We are not talking about the citizens of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia, an issue concerns so-called “internal migration” of the Ossetians, Ingush, Chechens and other Caucasian peoples of the Russian Federation.

When Tkachev was told that he violates the constitutional rights of Russian citizens and makes discrimination, the governor sent the Russian Constitution in a place, which he is trying to secure from encroachments of Caucasians.
