Miser Prosecutor

A deputy prosecutor of Troitsk town, Chelyabinsk region of Russia Vadim Kabychenko refused to pay in a restaurant for dinner and instead of money he presented to a waitress his service certificate then fought with restaurant guards and sat in his car, drove away.

As “prosecutor in law” was very drunk and driving a few hundred meters he collided with three cars and was arrested, informing RBK.
