Forest cut – money come

A citizen of the Russian Federation Vladimir A. Zimin shared his thoughts on the causes of forest fires and how to prevent them (see www.iolr.org “Library – corruption”).

In fact, Mr. V.A. Zimin informed one of the types of corruption that bordering on sabotage and causing huge losses to the State.

Mr. V.A.  Zimin understood and sounded the alarm. He did it because he is a honest citizen.

The officials are gaining from fires a lot of money, do not want to understand. They do not want, they can not… to part with a trough, and therefore continue to burn down the branch on which they are sitting.
