Are they addicts or captives of shameless persons?

In Azerbaijan, the arrests of all trends Muslim believers for illegal drug possession are increased.

All arrested persons denied their involvement in drug storage and its using, but most of them have been convicted.

Conviction in Azerbaijan is not an indicator of guilt, but mass arrests of Muslims is an indicator. It is a trend, however.
