“Yedinaya Rossiya” (“United Russia”) is cleaning its ranks

Deputy Chairman of Committee on Defense of the State Duma, the Russian Federation, and a member of the “Yedinaya Rossiya” faction Franz Klintsevich put forward a proposal to lift a moratorium on the death penalty for pedophiles and major corruption.

Suggestion was not accepted due to demographic problems.
