In the Leningrad region, during a search of the cottage of I. Pavlov, an officer of regional drug control was found 25 buckets of hemp plants, Rosbalt reported.

An investigation body believes that hemp was grown for personal use.

Having such quantity of hemp plants, Pavlov had to getting high from dawn to dawn, and even to share with his superiors.
