Four-Star the US Army General William E. “Kip” Ward is suspected of spending a large amounts of budget funds for personal needs.

According to conclusion of the Pentagon Commission the General used military aircrafts for travel of his family and spent accountable money to pay for staying in luxury hotels.

Is it wondering our Generals have learned from the Americans or on the contrary?

Or is it on the level of genetics and shoulder straps at the Generals?

It is clear, he is our person.
