Anticorruption empty rhetoric

In Azerbaijan, it is scheduled publication of newsletters with statistical and analytical information on crimes related to corruption. About it said the Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov in an interview with the newspaper “Azerbaijan”, reported 1news.az.

And what is?It  will be calculated and analyzed what is registered, i.e. a small tip of a big iceberg. It is the next empty rhetoric.
