“ReAl” requires of reality in expenditure of public funds

December 12, 2012 in Baku movement “Real Alternative” (“Real”) held an event “A look at the budget and budgetary policy” in where were considered reports of experts of A. Mehdiyev and R. Agaev. Experts consider that the main problems in the expenditure budget are artificial increasing of cost, corruption, lack of transparency, efficiency, effectiveness and accountability, real estate and public control.
