Weekdays of political prisoners in Azerbaijan

Narimanov Court of Baku (judges S. Hajiyev, M. Sadihov) refused to calculate the period of detention of political prisoners Raghib Piraliyev and Sharafaddin Mahmudov according to the time of actual imprisonment, and had referred to the fabricated protocols, which were compiled a day later.

Moreover, in both cases there are two protocols of detention report in criminal cases, which are in conflict each other in fact, and the most importantly – on the time of detention. Judges of Baku Appeal Court V. Mursakulov and A. Abdinbekov said that there is nothing awful in this; by one day more or less.
