The Border Service of Azerbaijan refuses providing to advocate of political prisoner Raghib Piralieva information about the reasons for his detention at the border post “Shikhly” and compiling of an administrative report.

The law provides the possibility of appealing the actions border service, but to do that it needs to submit in a court the relevant documents.

In connection with stated defender turned to the first administrative court, but even a judge E. Mammadov cannot obtain the necessary information. Or he does not want. It is not just arbitrariness, and it is mutual cover up.
