Azerbaijan – a country of political prisoners

In Azerbaijan the army of political prisoners has increased. Deputy of the Chairman of “Musavat” Party Tofig Yagublu and the Chairman of the Civil movement “ReAl – real alternative” Ilgar Mammadov have been arrested on accusation in commitment of crimes, provided in article 233 (organization of the actions is causing of the violation of the public order or active participation in such actions) and article 315.2 (resistance, use of violence is dangerous for life or health relating of a representative of power) Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.

Accusation is connected with the events occurred in Ismayilli, where the next day after its beginning Yagublu and Mammadov had arrived.
