Arrested another activist of NIDA

A member of the movement NIDA Rashad Hasanov is charged under Article 228.3 (illegal possession of firearms, explosives and explosive facilities in an organized criminal group) of the Criminal Code. The Nasimi district court on March 14 selected a measure of restriction – detention for a period of 3 months.

Hasanov is held liable under the case, on which three activists of NIDA, Bakhtiyar Guliyev, Shaheen Novruzlu and Mamed Azizov have already been arrested. The investigation claims that in their apartments Molotov cocktails and drugs were found. But the relatives of the arrested said these items were planted by the DHS workers conducting the search.
