Prisoner of conscience Asif Latifov exposes

Former officer of the presidential guard, prisoner of conscience Asif Latifov addressed with statement in which he had informed about a number of reasons deprivation his position and freedom.

According to A. Latifov assertions when he was an officer of the Special State Guard service of Azerbaijan there was a car “Mercedes-600” in a garage of the service. This car belonged to a not unknown Haji Mammadov. One of the heads of the Guard service drove this car.

Besides, according to assertion of A. Latifov, Haji Mammadov regularly visited the President administration office and met there to the head of presidential administration Ramiz Mehdiyev. About these visits there are the notes in the registration book of visitors.

On the words of A. Latifov, after his report to the head of Guard service about facts of corruption and the visits of H. Mammadov, it began his prosecution and finally his arrest. A. Latifov declared that he would not exclude attempts at his life.
