Azerbaijan taking all necessary measures to prevent possible threats to its security

“All necessary measures are being taken, operational situation is being controlled to prevent possible threats to the interests and security of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” APA reports with reference to a head of public affairs department of the National Security Ministry Arif Babayev.

Israeli media reported that Azerbaijan strengthened protection of administrative and industrial facilities, as well as synagogues against the threat of any possible attack by the Islamic State terrorists. Security measures are reportedly taken due to the “Interior Minister” of “IS” Vahid Khodayar Ahmad’s call for committing terrorist act against Azerbaijan.
