Mantises from PACE are trying to gobble Russia up

On January 28, 2015 Parliament Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) decided to prolong the sanctions against a delegation of Russian Federation and deprive the right to vote and participation in managing bodies of the Assembly till April, 2015, TASS reports.

 In respond the delegation of Russia stated about suspension of their membership activity in PACE till the end of 2015.

The delegation of Azerbaijan in full members has voted against the decision about deprivation of Russia the right to vote and participation in managing bodies of PACE.

Experts of the IOLR are considering nonsense the decision on deprivation of the right to vote of one of the members of consulting body, which PACE is. PACE is a body of inter-parliamentary cooperation, but not tribunal of inquisition, though even the right to vote was not being disfranchised there.

Without the right to vote democracy  is pseudo democracy.
