An investigation into fraud against pilgrims is underway at the Nasimi district police department, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the preliminary investigation, it was established that Abdullayev, having entered into a conspiracy with an Iranian citizen, was smuggling drugs into Azerbaijan.

A criminal case has been initiated into the fact, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest has been chosen against the detainee by a court decision.

In Bilasuvar, an 18-year-old teenager was detained on suspicion of stealing a large sum of money from a car, the Mugan bureau of Report informs. Thus, the police received information about the theft of 5,430 manats from a truck in the Bilasuvar region.

As part of operational search activities carried out by law enforcement officers, a suspect in the crime, I. Salakhov, born in 2006, was detained.
