Completed court hearing over a case on murder

Baku Court of Grave Crimes has completed a hearing on criminal case, which was instituted in respect of H. Aliyev and E. Arabova accusing in murder, APA reports.

According to decision of the court, Aliyev was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment, E. Arabova – to 13.

APA notes that as result of operation searching measures conducted by employees of Guba District Police Department  were arrested Arabova E. (1976 year of birth) and her father-in-law Aliyev H., residents of Guba region. In course of investigation has been disclosed that in 2001 they killed Aliyev E.H., divided into the parts and thrown out sewerage at the house’s yard. E. Aliyev was a son of H. Aliyev and husband of E. Arabova.
