Passed a sentence to ex-head of executive power

On April 20, 2016 Baku Court of Grave Crimes completed court process on criminal case over R. Alishov, ex-head executive power of Gobustan District, APA reports.

The Court has sentenced R. Alishov to eight and half years of imprisonment.

APA notes that he is accused on articles of 178 (fraud) and 320 (forgery of documents).

In compliance with decision of Khazar District Court R. Alishov was arrested in 2013.

In 1994-2001 he took a post of the head of executive power of Gobustan District.
