Sentenced for fraud

On 31 January 2017 in Baku Court on Grave Crime completed criminal case in respect of 31 years old Elchin Mammadov whoc has accused in fraud, haqqin.az reports.

Young guy represented himself to his victims as a high ranking official of SOCAR, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan and had promised for some money to place in a job.

There are more than 10 victims in the case.

The victims of the fraudster were taxi drivers, who wish to have a jobof driver in SOCAR. He took money of E. Guluzade, K. Shihaliyev, Z. Akberov and others.

Court found him guilty and sentenced him for 9 years of imprisonment
