Families of martyrs and war invalids provided with 200 apartments in a new residential complex

Families of martyrs and war invalids have been provided with 200 apartments in a new residential complex, which was opened on May 2 in the Sabunchu district of Baku with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. This was reported to Day.Az in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan.

The report notes that at the ceremony of providing apartments, it was emphasized that after the 44-day war, on behalf of the President, the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, a program of social support for the families of martyrs and war veterans is being implemented.

According to the agency, as one of the main directions of this program, which already covers 100,000 people who are provided with 166,000 services, the program for providing apartments and private houses for families of martyrs and war invalids has been expanded five times.
