Smuggling of 27 kg of drugs prevented

Employees of the Horadiz border detachment of the border troops of the State Border Service (SBS) prevented the smuggling of 26 kg 989 g of narcotic drugs and 520 tablets of psychotropic substances across the state border, the report.az information Internet portal reports with reference to the press center of the State Border Service.

A resident of Baku Aliyev Emil Pasha oglu, born in 1980, and a resident of the Fuzuli district Ahmadova Gulshan Khudat gizi, born in 1997 were detained. During the inspection, they were found to have 26 kg 694 g of narcotic drugs (1996 g of opium, 3921 g of heroin, 17790 g of dried marijuana, 2987 g of methamphetamine) and 20 psychotropic methadone-40 tablets.

On May 2 Gadirov Elshan Adil oglu, born in 1988, was detained. During the search, 295 g of methamphetamine and 500 psychotropic methadone-40 tablets were found in his possession.
