The claim of a private company against the State Committee for Property Issues was satisfied

The Baku Commercial Court has satisfied the claim of the company selling electronics and household appliances “Baku Electronics” against the State Committee for Property Issues, reports the information Internet portal report.az. The company’s lawsuit was related to a disputed non-residential area.

The lawsuit was filed against the territorial department No. 1 of the State Real Estate Registry Service under the State Committee for Property Issues.
