Baku to host 3rd Conference of ECO Parliamentary Assembly

On May 17, 2022, the III General Conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) will be held in the administrative building of the Milli Majlis in Baku, 1news.az reports.

The event will be attended by delegations led by the heads of the parliaments of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

First, the participants will meet with the Executive Council of the ECO Parliamentary Assembly, as well as with the ECO committees on trade, economic cooperation, communication and coordination, as well as the committee on women, youth and culture.

The session will be held on the topic “Cooperation in the post-pandemic period: upcoming challenges and opportunities”.
